We work to process web orders as quickly as possible and usually ship items within one day of receiving cleared payment. Most items will even ship the same day. Products sold on janzenbrothers.com are only available for shipment to Canadian addresses. We invite our international customers to check out our used, consignment and clearance items on our Janzen Brothers Music Company store page on Reverb.com.
Most orders will ship out via Canada Post Expedited. In certain instances we may use another shipping company (such as Canpar or Fedex) depending on the customer’s location or the weight and size of the shipment.
We also offer multiple item and shipping discounts based on the size and value of your order. If you notice visible damage to your package, please refuse the shipment (don’t sign for it) and contact us. If you notice damage after accepting and opening your package, please contact us right away.
