    1.1 How can I rent sound equipment for a wedding, show, or party?

    Please contact our store for information regarding equipment rentals, at this time we are only serving our local area with equipment rentals.

    1.2 Can I trade in my equipment and instruments?

    Yes – trade-ins are only available in-store. Please contact us at [email protected] or call 1-204-325-8011 for more information.

    2.1 I received my order but was shipped the wrong item, what should I do?

    If you were shipped the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-204-325-8011. We will make the arrangements to send out the appropriate item.

    2.2 Can I return my online order?

    If you feel an item needs to be returned, please contact us to arrange a return. All purchases may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items MUST be complete with original packaging and MUST be in NEW condition. We do not accept returns for Harmonicas, ear plugs/in-ear monitors or items that show obvious signs of wear, have been tampered with, or are missing parts, boxes, manuals etc. For more information, visit our Shipping & Returns page.

    3.1 How can I pay for my online order?

    You can pay securely with Visa or MasterCard via Stripe, or with PayPal.

    3.2 Do I need a user account to make an online order?

    No – you can use the "Checkout as guest" option during the checkout process.

    3.3 How can I check the status of my online order?

    After logging into the website, you can find the "My Orders" link in the footer. After the order is processed & shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number in the email address attached to your Janzen Brothers Music Co. account. You can enter that tracking number into the website of the courier that was used to ship your order. If you have any further questions, please contact us at [email protected].

    3.4 How can I make changes to my online order?

    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at [email protected], or give us a call at 1-204-325-8011.

    3.5 Can I order for pick up at my local store?

    Yes – you can choose the "In-store pickup" option during the checkout process.
