Opamp based buffer-splitter with 1 Megaohm input impedance 50 Ohm output impedance. Runs on 9 to 18Vdc. Typical Boss-style center pin negative, 2.1mm center pin power jack.

Get your tuner out of the signal path. Buffer that passive volume control. Split your signal for parallel FX paths.
