Rooted in over a decade of thoughtful design, The California Deluxe Series is built to go wherever the music leads you. The California Deluxe Kingman™ Bass CE raises the standard with refined construction and sound that rises to any occasion.
Whether you’re writing at home or performing on stage, the California Deluxe Kingman™ Bass CE is built to keep up. Its acoustic bass body produces deep, naturally resonant low end with surprising clarity and articulation – while the sculpted cutaway keeps the upper register fully accessible for melodic runs and expressive playing. The solid Mahogany top and laminate Mahogany back and sides – reinforced by scalloped X-bracing – produce an earthy tone that is full in the mids, smooth in the highs and perfectly punchy. Additional features include: open-gear tuning keys hold your tuning through the longest sets, a Micarta® nut and saddle maximize tonal transfer string to string, and phosphor bronze strings offer rich, full-bodied tone from the first note. Plug in with confidence with the onboard Fishman® CD-1 preamp system with onboard tuner for stage-ready amplification.
Versatile. Refined. Ready for anything. That’s the California Deluxe Series!
