Great boom arm. Very sturdy and keeps its position. I got the Rode NT1 Condenser Mic with it and has no problem keeping that up even though it is a bit of a bigger mic. High quality. Also comes with cable straps so it helps make it look very clean and minimalistic and not out of place.
